I'm Jing Jing or you can call me Michelle ^_^ By God's grace, I was a part time wedding photojournalist since 2005 in Singapore, Australia and Malaysia. Thanks God, Now, I can be a full time International Wedding Photojournalist =) … “If it is the Lord’s will, we will live and do this or that.” (James 4:15b) Thanks God, I'm still alive and I can do what I like and what I wish to do. =) Photography is not only my hobby but it is also my study subject in Limkokwing University, Malaysia (2004-2005) and Curtin University, Australia (2006). I think I started taking photo around year 2003… At first, I thought in future might not have the opportunity to see those wonderful creations of God again because of the pollution…. Then I started to capture those beautiful sceneries… Day by day, don’t know why? Now it becomes my career?! Haha… amazing! God’s plan really amazing! At the beginning, I wish can use the picture for evangelistic… Then God blessing, He give me the talent… He really gives it to me! I only realized it does from God when something happen in Australia… I will share with you some day when we meet again ^^ coz long story… but this “Matthew 6:31-33” is truth! I have made more than 10 "wish" to God... So greedy huh? Emm...ya, within 9 years time only I hv made more than 10 wish =p I wish... 1. To make my dad's dream come true. Fact: Finally God help me to finish the B.A. (HONS) in Finance in 2003. 2. I wish to study in the best college Fact: God arranged a friend ask me to register the course. Thus, I went to study in Inti college Sabah in 2000. (It was the best in 2000?I guess?) =p 3. I wish I can always gather with my family Fact: I always gather with my family... about twice per month... It is about 3 hour’s journey from my hometown to KK. Most of my friend may only be able to meet their family after the 4 months course. 4. I wish I can attend church service every week Fact: The church just opposite my hostel. Unbelievable ya? Ha...that's the fact! All my friends who stay with me can prove it. 5. I wish God give me wisdom & knowledge to overcome all the test and final exam Fact: My English is so poor! Don't know why I can complete the degree? This is a miracle! May all glory to our Almighty God!! 6. I wish God take care of my family when I study in Inti College Malaysia (West M'sia, in 2003). Although only 8 months but this is my 1st time to leave my family for such a long period. Fact: Mum's 24 gallstones operation was very successful. God heal my mum b4 I get worry about her. Again! May all glory to our Heavenly Father!!! 7. I wish to study TV advertising. This is the course that I have been desired for long long time… Also, this is the dream I wish to make it come true since 1999. Fact: Finally get the chance to study this course in 2004. Actually I just want to get a diploma in advertising. However, God sent someone ask me to study the B.A. Mass Communication. Later, I does major in Film & TV and minor in Advertising. I was study in Limkokwing University since Feb 2004- June2005. 8. I wish to have a break? Fact: I finish the 2nd year in middle of June 05. New intake in Curtin is on July. Besides, Nov 05 - Feb 06 is a summer holidays. Due to the limitation of times to prepare for oversea, CNY, 3 months holidays cost of living in Perth, flight ticket + Super HOT summer in Australia. Finally I decided to continue the final year in Feb 2006. =p In the same time, I get to know a new course which Artiste Training Course through My FM. After enquire, found that it is a weekend course. I thought it will affect me to attend church service. Thus, I decided not attend it and went back to Sabah. However, 2 weeks later, the director calls me and informs me that they are going to start the course in "Summit" Subang Jaya instead of Old Klang Road. U knows what? My church in Subang Jaya just around 5 minutes to Summit!!! Actually I didn't pray for this, but God understand me. He knows what I needs and why I need it. Of course, finally I attend the course. It was only a 3 months course. 9. I wish to gain working experience. Fact: During the Artiste Training Course, I was thinking to get a job because I don't want to waste my weekday time doing nothing at home. My friend told me there is a vacancy in SCB. Thus, I try applied it through http://www.jobstreet.com. Thanks God! Finally, I get my 1st job within 4 days. I was working in Standard Chartered at PJ & KL. In short, Weekday = Working Fri night & Sat 3 - 6pm = Church Sat 7:30pm - 10:30pm = Training Sun 10am - 6pm = Training 10. I wish to earn money to buy the camera for Final year use Fact: God blessing. I was one of the top sales. Thus, I'm able to use the 2nd month salary + commission to buy the camera. 11. I wish to get the job that has high commission Fact: I was accidentally applied the job because of wrong click during the online application. Actually the position that I want to apply is advertised in the morning. Thus when I applied the job at night, I didn’t notice there is a new vacancy, so...accidentally applied the wrong position but have high commission =p 12. I wish to find a room/ house that is near to my office Fact: 30th July I get the offer but I have to start working on 1 Aug. Thanks God, at the end I share a room with my cousin on 31July. Great thing is….The house is only 10mins to my office! (Of course, by car lah… ^^ ) 13. I wish to get transport to work Fact: My housemate and I work in the same area! Also, one of my colleague just stay behind our condominium. So, we can share the petrol & parking fee... ^^ 14. I wish to attend Student Theological Course in 2 Dec - 22 Dec 05. Fact: The commission of my work is very attractive. U might not willing to resign if have no good reason. However, Thanks God...He really understands me...Our whole department suddenly from PJ moves to KL on Nov. Here is how I go to work: 5 mins car to LRT station 30 mins train to KL Sentral 10 mins walk to Monorio station 10 mins Monorio to office building 5 mins walk to office Everyday take at least 2 hours go to work and home after the office move to KL! In the same time, the contract for the house we rent also due middles of Nov. Emm... sound like being force to go back to Sabah?! Hihi... actually that's really wonderful plan of God! That's what I wish... coz I really wish to attend the Theological training. Nothing is valuable than the words of God!! 15. I wish to study oversea. This is my dream when I was young. I never thought it will happen to me because my result is not good and we are so poor. I still remember when I was kid there is only one room and kitchen in my house... I always heard people said study oversea need a lot of money. I don't think it is possible to me? So it was a "Dream"… Fact: I didn't pray to have the chance to study oversea. However, God already planned it. Thanks God. This is another blessing... Finally, I finish study in Curtin University in Perth, Australia. This is a big surprise to me. Again! May all glory to our wonderful Heavenly Father!!! However, I rely on God & God made my wish come true... I love the words of God... Let me share the verses that I love so much with you, k? "The race is not to the swift or the battle to the strong, nor does food come to the wise or wealth to the brilliant or favor to the learned; but TIME & CHANCE happen to them all." (Ecclesiastes 9:11) This is what I learn from the Bible, & I applied it into my life... Something happen... Life change! Because the CHANCE was given by God! Nobody will know what is going on tomorrow? The most important thing is the CHANCE that u have right now... Appreciate the people around u... Thanksgiving everything that u has now... Seize the opportunity to serve God... "Fully utilize" your talent! You can change nobody, but somebody might change because of you... God always communicate with us, Not face to face, But through somebody or through something happen... The best way to understand God is ask God by yourself... U can call Him... He will listen to u… For my experience, When I first come to believe in Jesus, I ask God give me 1 more chance to know more about Him; I want to understand Him, I want to know what the meaning of life is, I want to experience Him... When finish, Just press [Amen]. That's all. ;) Want to know how I pray? Emm...no matter how busy, early in the morning and before sleep this will in my prayer... coz it is taught by Jesus: "Our Father in heaven, Hallowed be your name, Your kingdom come, Your will be done On earth as it is in heaven. Give us today our daily bread. Forgive us our debts, As we also have forgiven our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, But deliver us from the evil one." (Matthew 6:9-13) Usually, if I pray for something... at the end of the prayer, I will follow the way how Jesus prays... "Everything is possible for you... Yet not what I will, but what you will." (Mark 14:36) What I want may not benefit me, but I'm sure that whatever arrange and provide by God is the best! There is something U should know and remember: Jesus answered, "It is written: 'Man does not live on bread alone, but on every WORD that comes from the mouth of God.' "(Matthew 4:4) "... do not worry, saying, 'What shall we eat?', or 'What shall we drink?', or 'What shall we wear?', For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. But SEEK FIRST HIS KINGDOM & HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS and all these things will be given to you as well." (Matthew 6:31-33) In my prayer, I didn't pray to be rich but thanksgiving for the peace & life given by our heavenly Father. He always prepared for me before I know I need it! The most important is pray for His kingdom & His righteousness. Ask for the right thing, U will get the right thing. I have been pray to God for one thing about 9 years...then I found these verses in bible during the 2005 Theological training. Matthew 18:19-20 state what Jesus said: "...I tell you that if 2 of you on earth agree about anything you ask for, it will be done for you by my Father in heaven. For where 2 or 3 come together in my name, there am I with them." After read these verses, I crying for about 1 hour during the choir practice... I feel so sad... I was realized why my dad has no chance to listen to the sermon, and the words of God yet for the pass 7 years... coz... I'm the only 1 who pray for my dad? Then I start thinking about my brother... sad & cry again... why he doesn't want come to church anymore? Then I pray and ask God, why I'm always alone? Can somebody come and help me? Then suddenly few sisters who seat 4 meter far from me turn back and found that I was crying... During the choir practice, there are about 170+ Theological students inside the church hall. Only few of them notice I’m crying... when the choir practices over. They come to comfort me and ask me... then I share with them... They promise to pray for my dad. I’m so touch at that moment! Thanks God... At that moment only I realize why I keep crying... I think this is the answer from God... He let those sisters notice me and because of them God let me know that I'm not alone, there are always brothers & sisters pray for me & my family. Thanks God! God is love. You will experience the True Love when you experience God! May God listen to your prayer & answer u... God might answer u through somebody or something may happen... to show His love... Read the words of God (Bible), understand His words... nothing is meaningful & valueable than God words... May God keep you and bless you… until we meet again! Let’s keep in touch!
